MY MOM’S BEST BURGER PATTIES

Hamburger meat - Willow Creek Meat - McCook, NE

Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef (makes 6 patties) | 1/2 pound of pork bacon | 1 tablespoon of mustard | Add Salt and Pepper to taste | Pinch of Lawry’s Salt | 2 Eggs.

Instructions: Chop bacon into very small pieces and mix with ground beef | Add 2 eggs and all the ingredients mentioned above | Mix them all well. Cook to taste on the grill or stove top grill.
